Gotsatlinskaya Hydro is being constructed in the Avarskoe Koisu river station 30 km upstream of Irganaiskaya Hydro.

Construction was started in Q4 2006. At present JSC "ChirkeiGESstroy" executes works on development foundation pit trench of spillway and output portal building spillway. Works are on dump of the dam and development of the foundation pit intake channel of Powerhouse.
